MIDNIGHT COWBOY, the Academy Award®-winning Best Picture starring Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight, is now available on this optimum format with a second disc that contains two insightful documentaries, a photo gallery and a featurette on director John Schlesinger.

Widely regarded as one of the best comedies ever made, SOME LIKE IT HOT will be released on 6th August with a fantastic new line-up of special features. Directed by Billy Wilder and starring Marilyn Monroe, Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon, this two-disc DVD contains over two hours of extras including the newly filmed ‘The Legacy of Some Like It Hot’ featurette plus documentaries and photo galleries.

Nearly forty years after its original release, John Schlesinger’s MIDNIGHT COWBOY remains compelling viewing. The film stars Dustin Hoffman and Jon Voight in standout roles as a con man and a Texas hustler trying to survive on the tough streets of New York. Both actors were Oscar-nominated for their outstanding performances in this film. When Joe Buck (Voight), a good-looking, naively charming Texas "cowboy" makes his way to the Big Apple to seek his fortune, the only wealth he finds is in the friendship of Ratso Rizzo (Hoffman), a sleazy, small-time con man with big dreams. Living on the tattered fringe of society, these two outcasts develop an unlikely bond that transcends their broken dreams and get-rich-quick schemes and makes MIDNIGHT COWBOY an unforgettable classic.

Tony Curtis and Jack Lemmon play Chicago musicians who accidentally witness the St Valentine’s Day massacre and quickly board a train to Florida to escape the clutches of Chicago mob boss (George Raft). The pair dress in drag and disguise themselves as Josephine and Daphne, the two newest members of an all-girl jazz band. Their cover is perfect... until Josephine (Tony Curtis) meets lovelorn singer Sugar Kane (Marilyn Monroe) and an ancient playboy falls for Daphne (Jack Lemmon). This is a hilarious gender-bending comedy with one of the best last lines in film history.
