
LIBERATION ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES DIGITAL
RETAIL AGREEMENT WITH COOLROOM
London – UK – 7th December 2007. Liberation today announces that it has signed a digital distribution agreement with UK online retailer, Coolroom.
A full range of programmes will be made digitally available from Liberation’s extensive catalogue and exciting new release schedule on Coolroom’s download store on www.coolroom.com and on Coolroom’s bespoke and unique IPTV channel across Microsoft Media Center.
Consumers with Windows XP or Vista PCs* can view Coolroom through Media Center and ultimately enjoy Liberation’s content from the comfort of their sofa on the TV screen via a remote controlled home entertainment PC.
Liberation’s titles will be available to consumers via Download to Own and Download to Rent from £0.99. As is the nature of the Liberation catalogue, there will be a wide selection of titles on offer representing genres as diverse as Music (eg The Beach Boys’ American Band), Documentary (eg Manufacturing Dissent), Feature Film (eg The Prodigal) Children’s titles (eg Chuckle Brothers’ Pirates of The River Rother) and Sport (eg Ricky Hatton: A Life Story).
