 Gaynor Faye is one of the UK's favourite actresses. She has appeared in numerous TV dramas including Playing The Field, Fat Friends and most recently The Chase. She was also unforgettable in her role of Judy Mallet in Coronation Street.
Last year she became the public's favourite when she was hailed the winner in ITV's hugely successful series Dancing On Ice. With the help of her Dancing On Ice partner Dan Whiston, Gaynor has taken the training regime she worked hard at to become a skating champ and created the 'Fit Friends Workout'; released on DVD by Liberation Entertainment on 24th December 2007.
