Celebrating 10 years of musical excellence, Stereophonics take this special anniversary to reveal the private face of the band with the 2nd April 2007 DVD release of ‘Rewind’.  This definitive documentary captures everything from the story-so-far… Growing up, getting together, sending off 12 demo tapes a week, the first break-out record, and on through growing acclaim, recognition by their musical peers, internal struggles, world tours, four consecutive No.1 albums, their first No.1 single Dakota, and continued success...

Created from hundreds of hours of footage taking in the earliest pre-signed performances, home-movies of their very first gigs as Zephyr and Tragic Love Company, through to their latest sell-out stadium tours, and the making of recent promo videos, ‘Rewind’ documents the unique rags-to-riches journey of one of Britain’s best loved bands.  Huge anticipation for this DVD documentary will follow a limited theatrical release from 6th March 2007, allowing fans to experience ‘Rewind’ on the big screen.

Produced and Directed by Danny O'Connor, the documentary is over an hour and a half in duration, featuring insightful interviews with a veritable who’s who of the biggest names in music: Ronnie Wood, Paul Weller, Noel Gallagher, Bono, Jimmy Page, Jools Holland, Roger Daltrey, the Black Crows and Tom Jones.  Throw in frank interviews with the band themselves, never-before-seen archive plus exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, headline appearances at Glastonbury and the Brit Awards, mix it altogether with a healthy dose of  5.1 Surround Sound, and you’re treated to a privileged fly-on-the-wall insight into the story behind a rock ‘n’ roll dream.

In addition to ‘Rewind’ the documentary, the 2-disc DVD boasts over 2½ hours of live performances from 1997 to 2006, including rare recordings, PLUS the never-before-seen 60 min acoustic preview film Just Enough Education To Perform (2001).
