DVD RELEASE – 1st October 2007
On 1st October 2007, VDI Entertainment's comedy label Best Medicine will release 'Joe Rogan – Live!'; the first UK DVD release from the bold, candid, controversial, and scandalously hilarious US comic, famously known for his frequent appearances on US comedy shows The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and Late Night with Conan O'Brien.

With 15 years of live work under his belt, Rogan's honest and uncensored comedic style has made him a favourite performer at Montreal's Just for Laughs Festival and regular colour commentator for The Ultimate Fighting Championship on pay-per-view and Spike television. This comedy veteran's former gigs include hosting the NBC reality show Fear Factor, Comedy Central's The Man Show with fellow comedian Doug Stanhope, and starring in the NBC comedy series News Radio.
Recently he was elevated to super hero status among the comedy community for on stage revealing Carlos Mencia was a joke-thief. Within a matter of hours the video of Rogan confronting Mencia was one of the most watched videos on Youtube and the repercussions have led Rogan to be dropped by his agent, banned from the Comedy Store and further confirmed his status as one of the few comedians brave enough to expose the truth no matter what the consequences. |
