FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE is a chilling horror anthology from famed horror production company Amicus Productions. Made in 1973, the film features four sinister tales based on the ghoulish short stories of R. Chetwynd-Hayes. Peter Cushing stars as an antique dealer who owns a shop called Temptations Ltd. and the film follows the terrifying fate that befalls the customers who try to cheat him. FROM BEYOND THE GRAVE will be released for the first time on DVD in the UK on 15th October in time for Halloween.
Synopsis

An Act of Kindness tells a bizarre, gruesome tale of true love between the daughter of an ex-service man and an unhappily married man. In The Door, a couple buys an antique door, which opens to an elegant, but evil, drawing room that must be kept alive by human sacrifices.

Watching the customers as they go in and out of the antique shop, a petty criminal sees the old proprietor as an easy mark. But when he attempts to rob and kill the old proprietor, he finds a chest filled with vicious Iron Maiden spikes. As the lid descends upon the robber, the shop bell rings. "Ah, another customer," says the proprietor benevolently. "Come in..."
