Warner Home Video is proud to announce the release of the mystical, magical adventure movie, the Thief Lord.
Based on the best-selling novel by German author Cornelia Funke, who is often referred to as Germany’s JK Rowling, the Thief Lord will be available to buy on DVD from 16th October 2006 .
This charming tale follows six-year-old Bo (Jasper Harris) and fifteen-year-old Prosper (Aaron Johnson), two recently orphaned brothers who escape their impending separation by running off to Venice. There they have fantastical adventures with the mysterious masked figure known as the Thief Lord and his band of child followers, who show the boys all the magic the city has to offer.
