SYNOPSIS
The West Virginia town of Huntington is devastated after a plane crash wipes out the beloved Marshall University football team, their Thundering Herd. With the town and university devastated, it falls to one man who just wanted to help, to re-build the football team and the university spirit.

Jack Lengyel (McConaughey), an energetic, compassionate coach takes on the unenviable task of rebuilding the football team. With inexperienced players any chances of winning are slim to none, however, it is not all about winning, it is about how you play the game.

It's game day. Time to play till the whistle blows!
